Much to your detriment I have been thinking !
Note to the hubbers : This is the last hub you will have to endure from me till after Christmas . Now it is time to get down to business. I was recently participating on the forums and the topic was whether or not I would write about certain subject matter just to make money. Now I have never had any Illusions that I was gonna make megabucks here but it did get me thinking. Which as those of you who are familiar with me know is not one of my strengths. And this was immediately followed by a conversation with a fellow hubber about my Ideas for future hubs in the new year. Now I am leaving his name off of this hub as it is the holiday season and I do not want him to get any nasty postings.
But between these two experiences of the last 24 hours it has gotten me to start delving in and doing a little research. I have been reviewing alot of my previous hubs trying to ascertain a formula for what works and what does not. And upon looking at my stats over the last year and a half of loitering here at Hubpages I have found that for my efforts I have made a total of $0.53 in google adsense earnings and have a cumulative total of 97 pageviews. I do enjoy the fact that I have had some pretty good success and those stats did put a smile on my face ! I mean when you average the pageviews out over the course of 18 months , that is like over one pageview a week ! That is not too bad. ( Now don't be hatin on me folks . ) But I also had another stark realization , I can do better ! It was like an epiphany . And it was at that point that I had come to the conclusion that maybe it was time for me to step up my game , know what I'm talkin bout ? So I am in the process of making some baby steps towards a reinvention like Madonna does minus the tour. ( I am to broke and to tired to tour !)
So for starters I am gonna be dressin up my humble little hubs.I was lookin at some of the more popular hubs here and I noticed they all had one common denominator HOT GIRLS !
This one is for healthcare. Whaddaya think ?
2010 is my year baby !
Perusing all the successful hubs in various topic matter , lets face the facts nothin gets your attention like a gorgeous gal. Now as most of you know most of my topic matter tends to be of the political nature. And this can sometimes be a drab and mundane affair so with my usual guile I was thinkin about ways we can make politics a much more civil affair. I do not know abut you but when I stare at those Indian gals , actresses and models I tend to get kinda distracted.But I realize that in order to bump up my traffic I am going to have to take some bold and futile measures. But hey man this google adsense money is gonna go into my IRA and I am not gettin younger you know ? Sometimes you gotta be a little more daring. And besides my face is all over my profile and I need to deflect attention elsewhere to Insure a successful hub. And not to mention the fact I do this for you good folks to make your reading experience a little more pleasurable. How bout a little love huh ? Anyway I just wanted to give you a little preview of what you can expect from me going into 2010. I mean a brotha just wants to make some coin , is that a bad thing ? Anyway after doin the math I have come to the conclusion that with these new aesthetics I could like double my Income and I think I am starin at like a good two bucks by the end of the calendar year 2010.So any further suggestions for me to make your reading experience better please let me know. And if there is an accountant amongst us, I just need to know will I have to declare that two bucks on my taxes ? I hope you enjoyed the preview

Were you just talkin about me? Were you? Huh? Were you?!?!?! LOL I fell off the chair upon reading you had an epiphany and did some math! So I thought to myself, I'd better help this poor soul out before he suffers a nervous breakdown. So here goes, a tip for you. Since you figured out the significance of aesthetics, it's about time you translate it into words and put them into your titles - that's what the search engines hit in the first place. Like when you're doing a rant about healthcare, put something like..."healthcare blah and its effect on hot mommas" or "My bills are ballooning like Pamela Anderson's t$%s". It's all about metaphor!

My friend Tony's would-be 'vamped' up hubs in the coming year is his idea alone and all I did was encourage him as it is the time of the year for giving - I gave him support. So there.

Maybe some politics is the answer. It is easy to make fun of the idea but, in fact, few things are more important. Astringent and penetrating comments on politics are almost always welcomed. Perhaps more importantly, you can influence the way that people think - and few things are more important than that in our age of uncertainty. You may be surprised by the response that you achieve. What are you thinking about?
Nicks this is called satire. This is meant to be just a little fun. Life is serious enough. Ya gotta laugh once in awhile. I tend to deal with serious stuff frequently. But every now and again especially during the holiday season I take a vacation from the issues and just give you readers a little something to be amused by. That is what I am thinking
